WFSC joins Swiss delegation at FAO
The Swiss National Committee of the FAO, including WFSC Executive Director Michelle Grant, is currently at FAO in Rome discussing the role of Switzerland in working towards sustainable food systems.
WFSC Executive Director Michelle Grant represents the World Food System Center in the Swiss National Committee of the FAO (external pageCNS-FAO).
The committee is currently in Rome presenting a discussion paper and exchanging with FAO on priorities and the role of Switzerland in working towards sustainable food systems. Yesterday, the CNS-FAO met the Director General of FAO, José Graziano da Silva, to discuss these questions directly. In the evening, they attended a reception with FAO, WFP and CNS-FAO staff at the Istituto Svizzero.
