Joining PubliFarm at OLMA Swiss Fair for Agriculture and Nutrition
At a special exhibit of the The OLMA Swiss Fair for Agriculture and Nutrition, the PubliFarm project aimed to bring the public closer to scientific research in the field of biodiversity and climate change and its connection with Swiss agriculture. The WFSC provided an informative display for the exhibit.
The OLMA Swiss Fair of Agriculture and Nutrition took place in St. Gallen from 12-22 October, with over 30,000 visitors joining. At a special exhibit entitled Playful Sustainable Shopping «Spielend zum nachhaltigen Einkauf», the Publifarm project introduced the public to scientific research in the field of biodiversity and climate change with hands-on activities and talks by researchers. Anna K. Gilgen and Annet Hoffmann (Edible Research) presented at the event.
The WFSC provided an informative display for the exhibit, one of many in an “Information Plantation.”
